Coming next week...

I have several new products that will be released next week (on Monday, 3/24). The first three are a lil' something different: an element/alpha pack, all gingham and sewn up real nice with black blanket stitching (some people may not associate black with spring, but I think it looks really sharp against pastels!). I plan to put out a paper pack that will coordinate with all of them and have a white threaded version in the works (if you're interested, double check the April grab bag!!).

There will also be a Quick Page release for the On Vacation series. The QP's will all be available individually or you can get them in an album (the album will also contain the QP's by Sophia, so there will be 20 total).

***Don't forget about Monday Madness...20% off new releases*** And, if you haven't used it yet, there's a nice fat coupon in the DST Insider for March (which is QUICKLY coming to a close!!).

Have a great weekend!!

Welcome to my blog...

WhenI was a sixth grade teacher (you know, in Olden Times as my kids call it), we used to do this Snow Dance to bring on a snow day. It went something like putting your socks on inside out and dancing upside down...I'm sure there are many variations on it still around. Well, I, personally, am SICK of snow/cold/slush/gray. I am in a SPRING mood and am trying to REPRESS the fact that we are due for up to six inches tomorrow. Since it would be very difficult to share an anti-snow dance with you (not that you'd want to see it anyway, lol), I'm giving away this spring sampler, hoping it will keep the snow AWAY!!

You can download it here. Just do me a favor and scrap something SUNNY and WARM with it! Enjoy and have a GREAT weekend.

March Grab Bag!

Presenting...

Photobucket

Now, the whole fun of a grab bag is that you don't know what you're getting, but in the digiworld, this has caused some problems with people being disappointed...and I certainly don't want anyone disappointed in any purchase they make from my little corner of Sophia's. So, below are the previews of what is included in the grab bag:

(can you tell I'm a little hooked on this slideshow thing??).

Anyway, if it's something that appeals to you, run and get it today as it's on sale for 20% off (not that $2 is a lot to pay, but it's always such a nice feeling to know you caught a sale price!!). Available here.

Hope your week is off to a GREAT start!

My scrapping weekend...

My sister and I holed ourselves up in a hotel this weekend and scrapped our hearts out for 48 hours straight. We have done this before, but this is the first time I have ever done it digitally...just me and my laptop! Can I just say how painful it was listening to the click click of her corner rounder? There are aspects of paper scrapping I miss, but NOT the ENORMOUS amount of supplies and NOT the clean up! She was heavy into tearing paper this weekend and I had to laugh because while the computer was tearing MY paper (thank you, Atomic Cupcake!), I was able to pour myself a DCoke!

So, I got 31 pages done and have four more mapped out. This will bring me to the end of June...2005!!!! I have to keep going; I don't want to forget the millions of little things and reasons that I took these pictures!

I had decided that this weekend was going to be for scrapping only: no designing and no worrying about finding CT stuffs that would work. It was SO fun to actually use my scrap stash...I was AMAZED by the amount of really COOL stuff I have accumulated and not had time to use. It was like Christmas morning a thousand times over!

So here are my accomplishments...I'm not listing credits (talk about OVERWHELMING!), but if you see something and must know where it came from, just let me know and I'll tell ya!
